A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the third-party company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.

No database of court dockets or personal case-record information is hosted, maintained, compiled, or sold here. The content identifies how Hamilton County District Court records may be sought from the Hamilton County District Court Clerk, Kansas CaseSearch, or another proper custodian. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party profiles.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention periods, and disclosure practices govern information submitted to those tools. We do not control those practices, so review the provider's policy before running a search.
Links to Other Websites
Throughout the site we link to clerk of court pages, trial court portals, statewide case-search systems, legal aid groups, and third-party search tools. Clicking any of those links takes you off our site. At that point, their privacy policy governs your visit. Read it before sharing any personal details.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
