Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the route that matches the Hamilton County record:
- An events index: run a docket search through Kansas CaseSearch, or ask the District Court clerk
- A court date: check the court schedule, then confirm a setting with the clerk
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: search by party, case number, business name, or citation through the state portal
- Filed documents: use the court case records request routes or contact the proper clerk
